Curry Sauce: melt butter, saute onion until translucent then add garlic<br \/>\n2. Add beef stock\/water, simmer<br \/>\n3. Add ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, curry roux, salt, stir and simmer for 2-3 mins until the sauce thicken, set aside<br \/>\n4. Spam katsu: coat sliced spam\/luncheon meat with the egg mixture, and dredge into panko bread crumbs<br \/>\n5. deep fry until golden brown and crispy<br \/>\n6. Omelette egg: over low heat melt butter in a non stick pan, pour egg mixture.
