Preheat your oven to bake at 190C<br \/>\n2. In a bowl add your butter, brown sugar and white sugar &#8211; mix until we\u2019ll combined.<br \/>\n3. Add your self raising flour and mix in. If you feel the dough is quite tough, gradually add in your plant based milk until it\u2019s softer and can form a ball! Combine the chocolate chunks!<br \/>\n4. You can keep it at this state if you like raw cookie dough. Also make smaller mini balls and freeze them so you can add it to your oats!<br \/>\n5. Transfer the cookie dough to the middle of a skillet or a small oven tray covered with baking paper. Spread the edges out gently, the cookie dough will naturally completely spread and rise when baking.<br \/>\n6.
