Drain and squeeze out the water.)<br \/>\n100g Danish Feta Cheese<br \/>\n1 teaspoon course black pepper<br \/>\n1 cup fresh cream<br \/>\n2 tablespoons butter<br \/>\n1 tablespoon flour<br \/>\nSalt to taste if required<br \/>\nApproximately 15 ready cut pastry @pastry_delights_sa<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>To a non stick pan, heat butter.<br \/>\nAdd the flour and braise until you get a nice aroma. Do not brown the flour.<br \/>\nAdd the fresh cream. Simmer and mix until thickened.<br \/>\nAdd the wilted spinach and cook further until very thick.<br \/>\nAdd the feta cheese and mix in very lightly.<br \/>\nAllow to cool completely.<br \/>\nBrush one half of the inside of the pastry with egg wash.<br \/>\nFill the feta spinach filling onto half of your pasty.<br \/>\nFold the other half over and seal.<br \/>\nBrush the top with egg wash.<br \/>\nSprinkle with dried mixed herbs.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven at 200c until the pasty just begins to puff up and then reduce to 180c and bake until done.<br \/>\nEnjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spinach &amp; Feta Pasties Ingredients 150g Whilted Spinach ( Spinach that has been boiled in water until soft.
