{"id":14867,"date":"2022-10-25T12:28:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-25T04:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14867"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:39:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:39:50","slug":"creamy-butternut-soup-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-butternut-soup-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Butternut Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Creamy Butternut Soup Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup boiled and mashed butternut<br \/>\n1\/2 cup finely chopped onions<br \/>\n1\/2 cup finely diced carrots<br \/>\n3 large garlic cloves chopped<br \/>\n2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary<br \/>\n1 cube Chicken stock ( knorrox )<br \/>\n750ml Water<br \/>\n1\/4 cup oil<br \/>\nSalt &amp; White pepper to taste<br \/>\n1\/4 cup fresh cream<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat the oil.<br \/>\nAdd the onions, carrots, garlic and rosemary. Fry over a medium heat until the onions just soften. Do not brown.<br \/>\nAdd the butternut, stock cube and water.<br \/>\nBring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nLiquidise in a blender.<br \/>\nAdd the blended mixture back to the pot and add the fresh cream.<br \/>\nMix and bring it back to a simmer.<br \/>\nAdd Salt and white pepper to taste.<br \/>\nServe immediately.<br \/>\nBest served with garlic bread. ( Thats how i like it )<br \/>\nIf you like it a bit spicy, add chilli oil on the top and serve or serve with chilli chutney.<\/p>\n<h2>Note<\/h2>\n<p>1. You can add 750ml chicken stock if you do not have the stock cube available.<br \/>\n2.
