Add prawns, salt, garlic and shallots in a food processor, blend roughly<br \/>\n2. Then add oyster sauce, pepper powder, flours, sugar\/honey, blend again<br \/>\n3. transfer mixture into a bowl and mix with sesame oil<br \/>\n4. Form mixture into small balls like shown in the video, then (optional: put in the fridge for 15-30 mins)<br \/>\n5. Whisk egg, flour and water<br \/>\n6. Take one prawn nugget and coat with egg mixture then dredge into panko bread crumbs<br \/>\n7.
