{"id":14795,"date":"2022-10-21T14:51:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T06:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14795"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:39:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:39:56","slug":"kuru-fasulye-with-cacik-and-rice-hungergameswithazzy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/kuru-fasulye-with-cacik-and-rice-hungergameswithazzy","title":{"rendered":"Kuru Fasulye With Cacik And Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Kuru Fasulye With Cacik And Rice Ingredients (For The Fasulye)<\/h2>\n<p>1\u20442 kilo diced lamb fillets<br \/>\n1\u20442 green pepper diced small<br \/>\n1 medium onion diced small<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves crushed<br \/>\n2 tbs tomato paste<br \/>\n1 tbs capsicum paste<br \/>\n2 cans of canellini beans washed and drained (you can use dry beans but you&#8217;ll need to soak over night and boil on their own the next day)<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\nturkish chilli powder (pul biber) to taste<br \/>\nblack pepper<br \/>\nbeef stock cube (optional)<br \/>\nolive oil<br \/>\n2 ghee<br \/>\n4 cups of water<br \/>\n1 tsp @chillibangsauces (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a large pot add a good splash of olive oil. Add in the onion,pepper and garlic saute until onion is soft<br \/>\nAdd in the diced lamb fillets and mix through. Once meat has cooked add tomato paste and capsicum paste mix and cook for 2 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd the water,salt ,pepper and pul biber. Cook until meat is tender<br \/>\nAdd beans and cook for a further 10 minutes and add in the ghee and stir . Once done serve with turkish rice and cicek.<\/p>\n<h2>Turkish Rice Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup of risoni<br \/>\n2 cups of medium grain rice<br \/>\n4 cups of water<br \/>\n2 tsp salt<br \/>\n3 heaped tbs of ghee<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a pot add ghee and let it melt on hight heat.<br \/>\nAdd risoni and mix until golden brown<br \/>\nAdd rice to the risoni and mix until everything is coated with the ghee<br \/>\nAdd salt and then the water and stir<br \/>\nOnce it starts boiling cover with lid and put the heat on low .
