Preheat oven 200C\/400F<br \/>\n2. In a small sauce pan, cover shallots with oil and cook them over lowest heat in the stove for 15-20 mins until soft, remove and let cool<br \/>\n3. Mash the shallots and discard some of the outer hard shells<br \/>\n4. Combine shallots mixture with butter, green onion, parmesan cheese, black pepper and salt<br \/>\n5. Spread butter mixture onto the breads<br \/>\n6. Transfer bread onto a parchment paper lined baking tray<br \/>\n7.
