{"id":14768,"date":"2022-10-21T12:11:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T04:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14768"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:01","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:01","slug":"crispy-chicken-chilli-tender-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/crispy-chicken-chilli-tender-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Crispy Chicken Chilli Tender"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Crispy Chicken Chilli Tender Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For butter coating :<\/strong><br \/>\n1 large chicken breast<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n2 tbsp- Butter milk<br \/>\n1 tsp- Paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp- Cajun powder<br \/>\n1 tsp- cayenne powder<br \/>\n1.5 tsp- chilli powder<br \/>\n1.5 tsp- Garlic<br \/>\n1.5 tsp- Onion powder<br \/>\n<strong>Flour seasoning:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 tbsp- Plain flour<br \/>\n2 tsp- Corn flour<br \/>\n1 tsp of all the dry seasoning above do not add salt<br \/>\nOil to fry<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash and pat dry the chicken<br \/>\nCut in strips<br \/>\nAdd all the ingredients in the butter seasoning<br \/>\nCling film and leave it in the fridge for 3\/4 hours<br \/>\nFor best result leave it in the fridge overnight<br \/>\nSeason the flour with the above dry ingredients<br \/>\nOne by one take the chicken strip from the butter and dub it in the dry flour mix coating both side.<br \/>\nUse both hands to to rub the strip to get a flakey texture.<br \/>\nFry in oil 5 minutes on each side<br \/>\nVoila ! ready to eat.
