{"id":14764,"date":"2022-10-21T11:31:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T03:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14764"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:01","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:01","slug":"broccoli-risotto-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/broccoli-risotto-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Broccoli Risotto"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Broccoli Risotto Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 cups broccoli florets (cut into bite sized pieces)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt (to taste)<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp ground black pepper (to taste)<br \/>\n3 tbsp olive oil (divided)<br \/>\n1&amp;1\/2 cups onion (finely diced)<br \/>\n4 cloves garlic (minced)<br \/>\n1&amp;1\/2 cups short grain rice<br \/>\n6 cups chicken or vegetable broth<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp thyme<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (freshly grated)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 200 deg C, place 1\/2 of broccoli florets on a baking sheet &amp; toss with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
