In a bowl mix in the egg yolks, sugar and flour using a whisk until its a thick consistency<br \/>\n2. Using a mixer whisk the egg whites and add in the sugar, then whip until stiff peaks<br \/>\n3. Add in some of the meringue to the egg yolk mixture and mix well<br \/>\n4. Add in the remaining meringue and mix until well incorporated using a spatula (don&#8217;t overmix it!)<br \/>\n5. On a non stick pan(low heat), spray a bit of oil and remove excess oil with tissue paper<br \/>\n5. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the batter and place it on the pan. Then add another scoop on top to make it fluffy<br \/>\n6. Add tiny bits of water on the side of the pan so that it cooks throughly<br \/>\n7. Cover the pan completely for 3-4mins then flip it!<br \/>\n8. Put tiny bits of water again and cover till it&#8217;s cooked<br \/>\n9. Place it on a plate and add ur desired toppings!<br \/>\n10.
