{"id":14729,"date":"2022-10-20T13:33:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T05:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14729"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:08","slug":"cheesy-garlic-dough-balls-whenmeateatsveg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cheesy-garlic-dough-balls-whenmeateatsveg","title":{"rendered":"Cheesy Garlic Dough Balls"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cheesy Garlic Dough Balls Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>375g Bread Flour<br \/>\n7g Yeast<br \/>\n1 Tsp Salt<br \/>\n1.5 Tsp White Sugar<br \/>\n200ml Lukewarm Water<br \/>\n35g Olive Oil<br \/>\nRed Leicester Cheese (dice sized)<br \/>\nMozzarella Cheese (grated)<br \/>\n3 Knobs of Butter<br \/>\n5 Garlic Cloves (minced)<br \/>\n1 Tsp dried Parsley<br \/>\n1 Tsp Chilli Flakes<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp Black Pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a mixing bowl mix together the bread flour, yeast, salt and sugar<br \/>\n2. Then add in the water and oil and mix with a spoon until it forms a rough dough<br \/>\n3. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until it forms a smooth dough<br \/>\n4. Place in a bowl and cover with cling film for an hour to rise<br \/>\n5. In the meantime make your garlic butter mixing together softened butter, garlic, Parsley, chilli flakes and black pepper until well combined<br \/>\n6. After an hour separate your dough to 9-12 pieces placing your cheese block and grated mozzarella in the middle ensuring there\u2019s not gaps around the dough ball for the cheese to melt out<br \/>\n7. In your baking tray spread some butter to the base adding breadcrumbs all over placing your dough balls on top, cover with a cloth and let them rise for 30 minutes<br \/>\n8. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 190C<br \/>\n9.
