Cut rye bread into half<br \/>\n2. Mix protein powder, milk, and flavour drops<br \/>\n3. Soak bread into protein mixture for 5 mins (make sure both sides get soaked)<br \/>\n4. Mix yogurt and flavour drops<br \/>\n5. Place one bread into the bottom (pour extra protein milk coz we don\u2019t waste food!)<br \/>\n6. Add 1\/2 yogurt and chopped strawberries<br \/>\n7. Add another layer of bread<br \/>\n8. Add remaining yogurt and top with fruits<br \/>\n9. Place into the fridge for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight)<br \/>\n10.
