{"id":14704,"date":"2022-10-20T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T01:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14704"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:13","slug":"ratatouille-whenmeateatsveg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/ratatouille-whenmeateatsveg","title":{"rendered":"Ratatouille"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ratatouille Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>* Vegetables :<\/strong><br \/>\n2 Medium Courgette (sliced)<br \/>\n2 Sweet Potato (sliced)<br \/>\n4 Large Tomatoes (sliced)<br \/>\n<strong>Under Sauce :<\/strong><br \/>\n2 Tbsp Oil<br \/>\n1 White Onion (diced)<br \/>\n3 Garlic Cloves (minced)<br \/>\n2 Red Bell Peppers (diced)<br \/>\n600g Chopped Tomatoes (canned)<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Salt<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Pepper<br \/>\n1 Tsp Chilli Flakes<br \/>\n1 Tsp Cumin<br \/>\n<strong>Top Herb Sauce :\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n4 Tbsp Salted Butter<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Olive Oil<br \/>\n3 Garlic Cloves, minced<br \/>\n1 Tsp Salt<br \/>\n1 Tsp Pepper<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Dried or Fresh Oregano<br \/>\n3 Tbsp Dried or Fresh Basil<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Pre-heat the oven to bake at 180C<br \/>\n2. Under Sauce: over low-medium heat, mix together the oil with garlic and onion until fragrant. Then add in the diced pepper and chopped tomatoes with salt, pepper, cumin and chilli flakes. Let that simmer for 8 minutes until soft. Blitz it all together using a hand blender or a normal blender until it becomes a sauce like consistency<br \/>\n3. Chop the courgette, sweet potatoes and tomatoes around 1mm thick.<br \/>\n4. Place your sauce in the baking tray as this will be the base. Place your courgette slice, sweet potatoes slice and tomato slice as a pattern, repeat this process. You can do this in strips.<br \/>\n5. Over low to medium heat, heat your olive oil, butter, garlic and herbs until fragrant. Reduce to low heat adding salt and pepper. Ensure all ingredients are well incorporated. Generously pour your herb sauce all over the top of your sliced veggies and brush the remaining sauce anywhere that\u2019s missed a spot.<br \/>\n6. Cover your baking tray with foil and bake to 25 minutes.
