{"id":14674,"date":"2022-10-19T15:15:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T07:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14674"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:16","slug":"lemony-salmon-pasta-hungergameswithazzy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lemony-salmon-pasta-hungergameswithazzy","title":{"rendered":"Lemony Salmon Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Lemony Salmon Pasta Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 skinless salmon fillets<br \/>\n1 pack of curly fettucine<br \/>\n2 bags of rocket leaves<br \/>\n1 jar or kalamata olives sliced<br \/>\n10 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n2 red thai chilli&#8217;s<br \/>\n2 lemons juiced<br \/>\nzest of 2 lemons<br \/>\n1\/2 cup extra Virgin olive oil<br \/>\nlemon pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>in 2 separate sheets of baking paper place salmon and drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with lemon pepper.<br \/>\nwrap and place in a tray. pour 1\/3 cup of water in tray.<br \/>\nadd tray into oven grill on 180 degrees for 10 minutes or until salmon is cooked.<br \/>\nonce salmon is ready unwrap and flake the salmon and set aside.<br \/>\nin a mini chopper add garlic cloves and chilli and blitz until minced finely.<br \/>\nadd olive oil to a small saucepan and add garlic and chilli.<br \/>\nPlace saucepan on stove and turn on low heat. make sure garlic doesn&#8217;t go brown or it becomes bitter let it simmer on low heat until the oil infuses with garlic and chilli.<br \/>\nboil pasta until cooked and strain. Add rocket to the pasta, the salmon, olives,lemon zest and rind.<br \/>\nThen add the infused olive oil garlic and chilli.<br \/>\nAdd salt to taste and black pepper mix through and serve.<br \/>\nthis light and pleasant meal is my go to when in a hurry or on a hot day.<br \/>\nit can be eaten cold or warm.
