Blend all spices in a food processor until smooth and pasty<br \/>\n2. Submerge beef with water and blanched for 5 mins then strain and clean the beef<br \/>\n3. Bring 1.5 L of water to a boil in a large pot<br \/>\n4. Add back the beef, spices paste, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hr until tender, add more water if needed<br \/>\n5. Add salt, sugar, msg, pineapple and tamarind liquid cover and simmer for 15 mins<br \/>\n6. Lastly add tomato and cook for 3-5 mins more.
