{"id":14654,"date":"2022-10-19T11:55:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T03:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14654"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:22","slug":"creamy-spinach-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-spinach-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Spinach"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Creamy Spinach Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g Spinach ( weighed after cutting out the stems)<br \/>\nPinch of Bicarbonate soda<br \/>\n2 tablespoons garlic paste ( add less if your not a garlic fan)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup finely chopped onions<br \/>\nSliced hot green chillies to taste<br \/>\n5 teaspoons corn starch<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon White pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon dried origanum<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n1 1\/4 cup fresh cream<br \/>\n1 cup grated cheddar cheese<br \/>\n3 tablespoons melted butter<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Wash, cut and boil the spinach with a pinch Bicarbonate soda until it just softens.<br \/>\nDrain and leave aside.<br \/>\nMix together the milk and fresh cream. Leave aside.<br \/>\nHeat the butter. Add the onions and fry until just soft. Do not brown.<br \/>\nAdd the garlic and green chillies. Saute\u0301 for a minute.<br \/>\nAdd the Spinach and mix.<br \/>\nAdd the Milk and cream mixture.<br \/>\nAlso add in the salt, pepper, origanum and corn starch.<br \/>\nMix well.<br \/>\nWhen it comes to a simmer, add the cheese.
