{"id":14602,"date":"2022-10-18T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-18T01:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14602"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:33","slug":"spicy-chicken-seekh-kebabs-colourme_aesthetic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spicy-chicken-seekh-kebabs-colourme_aesthetic","title":{"rendered":"Spicy Chicken Seekh Kebabs"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Spicy Chicken Seekh Kebabs Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg ground chicken<br \/>\n2 onions (fried)<br \/>\n5 tbsp roasted chickpea flour<br \/>\n2 tbsp kasoori methi<br \/>\n4 tbsp chopped garlic<br \/>\n1 tbsp chopped ginger<br \/>\n4-6 green chillies (as per tolerance)<br \/>\n2 tsp coriander powder<br \/>\n11\u20442 tsp cumin powder<br \/>\n3 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1 tsp chilli powder (optional)<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 cup coriander &amp; mint leaves<br \/>\n3 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n3\/4 cup breadcrumbs<br \/>\n1 tbsp ghee<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions-<\/h2>\n<p>Soak the wooden skewers in water for an hour.<br \/>\nFry the onions &amp; drain the grojnd chicken well.<br \/>\nIn a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients &amp; mix until combined.<br \/>\nCover &amp; refrigerate for 2-3 hours to make it firm.<br \/>\nWet your hands, take a handful &amp; press the chicken mixture onto the skewers. Seal the edges &amp; slightly flatten to fry better.<br \/>\nShallow fry the kebabs until brown on all sides.<br \/>\nServe hot with mint sauce, onion &amp; pita or Naan.
