Add lime juice and salt to chicken. Safe aside for about 20 mins then rinse with water.<br \/>\n2. Rub the chicken with the mashed ingredients, then put them on a big pan.<br \/>\n3. Pour water in until the chicken completely drawn.<br \/>\n4. Add the rest of the ingredients except the sauce.<br \/>\n5. Turn on the heat to medium mode. Let it boil. Flip the chicken once. Boil until the water reduced.<br \/>\n6. Grill the chicken on charcoal for the best flavour. Brush the sweet soy sauce thoroughly on chicken twice. Grill until nicely burn both sides.
