In a bowl whisk 1 Egg and add 80ml of full-fat milk and add in your paprika, garlic salt, salt, cumin, turmeric. Add or amend for any other seasonings.<br \/>\n2. Cut your firm tofu up as sticks and marinate in your egg mixture for 15 minutes<br \/>\n3. After 15 minutes, take a tofu stick and let the excess egg drain, generously coat in flour and again dip in the egg mixture and coat in flour for extra crispiness<br \/>\n4. Place in the airfryer at 190C for 9 minutes spraying some oil on top and then flip it over for another 9 minutes spraying more oil on top<br \/>\n5. In the meantime, add your oil and garlic in a pot until fragrant, then add in your soy sauce and honey until thick consistency. Then add in your crispy tofu until generously coated.<br \/>\n6.
