Remove the water from the Firm Tofu packet and cover with some paper towels to soak up any excess water. Cut up the tofu in cube sizes and coat generously in corn flour<br \/>\n2. Heat your oil and fry your tofu cubes for 4-5mins until lightly brown. Transfer over to plate with paper towels to drain the excess oil.<br \/>\n3. In a wok heat oil at medium heat, then add Garlic and onion until softened and fragrant. You can add any chillis, bell peppers or spring onions as addition veggies!<br \/>\n4. Add your fried tofu and all your seasonings. Toss all your ingredients evenly for 1-2 minutes.<br \/>\n5.
