Filling: heat 2 tbsp oil, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant<br \/>\n2. Add chicken stir fry until turns color<br \/>\n3. Wilt cabbage, carrots and mushrooms<br \/>\n4. add green onion and seasoning sauce (except sesame oil) and toss well<br \/>\n5. drizzle sesame oil and toss for a secs, set aside, let it cool<br \/>\n6. Dumplings: Wet rice paper and place in a working surface<br \/>\n7. Scoop 3 tbsp of filling mixture and place it in the centre of the rice paper<br \/>\n8. fold bottom, then left and right sides into the centre. Then roll it up to close. Make sure to double wrap it<br \/>\n9.
