Rinse glutinous rice until starch mostly removed, Then submerged rice with water for 6 hrs or ideally over night<br \/>\n2. Strain rice and wrap it in kitchen towel and steam it for 20-30 mins<br \/>\n3. warm 200 ml of coconut cream over low heat add sugar and salt, stir for a min. Off the heat<br \/>\n4. Transfer rice into a bowl, start adding coconut cream mixture slowly while stirring it gently. Cover, let the rice absorb the coconut mixture<br \/>\n5. Salty coconut cream: over low heat warm coconut cream with salt and cornstarch slurry, stir until cream gets thicken<br \/>\n6. Serve rice with mango, drizzle salty coconut cream ontop.
