{"id":14541,"date":"2022-10-16T10:13:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-16T02:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14541"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:44","slug":"fatayer-hungergameswithazzy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fatayer-hungergameswithazzy","title":{"rendered":"Fatayer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Fatayer Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>(for the dough)<\/strong><br \/>\n2 kilos plain flour<br \/>\n4 cups warm water (you can add milk instead of water if preferred)<br \/>\n3 sachets dry active yeast<br \/>\n4 tbs sugar<br \/>\n4 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 cup of plain yoghurt<br \/>\n2 cups vegetable oil<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a large bowl pour yeast, warm water, and yoghurt and whisk and let sit for 15 minutes until yeast activates.<br \/>\nAdd the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix until a dough is made<br \/>\nPour dough out onto a flat surface and start kneading well until dough has combined.<br \/>\nIf you feel like the dough is too sticky add more flour.<br \/>\nIf you feel dough is too dry add more water.<br \/>\ncoat dough with oil and Let dough rest in a dry warm place covered for 1 hour until it rises double the size .<br \/>\nOnce dough has rested portion into small balls and roll them out into round flat pieces.<br \/>\nPlace a big tbs of silverbeet mix and spread it around the dough not to reach the edges but close.<br \/>\nPull the 2 sides together and then pull the bottom part up to cover the sides it should look like a Triangle shape.<br \/>\nPlace in an oiled pan and then coat them with oil on the top bake in a fan forced oven on 200 degrees until golden brown.
