{"id":14533,"date":"2022-10-16T08:53:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-16T00:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14533"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:47","slug":"simple-prawn-curry-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/simple-prawn-curry-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Simple Prawn Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Simple Prawn Curry Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg- Fresh prawn (peeled and washed)<br \/>\n2- tbsp- Oil<br \/>\n4-Garlic clove (minced)<br \/>\n2- Medium red onions (diced)<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n2- Tbsp- Mubies Bombay masala mix<br \/>\n5- Green chillies ( optional)<br \/>\nScotch bonnet (optional )<br \/>\n1- Red pepper (cut in cubes)<br \/>\nHandful of spring onion to garnish, fresh coriander is better, I run out<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat oil in a pan<br \/>\nAdd garlic until golden brown<br \/>\nAdd red or white onion, followed by salt<br \/>\nSaute\u0301 the onion, close the lid<br \/>\nOccasionally keep starring to avoid sticking or burning.<br \/>\nAfter 10 minutes add Mubies Bombay masala mix and cook the raw masala down.<br \/>\nAdd green chillis followed by prawns.<br \/>\nMix well, cook for 5 minutes before adding red pepper. Cook for further 5 minutes before adding the spring onion for garnishing<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> No water is required, the moisture from the prawns will help to cook the masala down<br \/>\nVoila!
