Make shallow slits all over the chicken.<br \/>\n2. blend all the ingredients under marinate until you have a paste.<br \/>\n3. Rub this marinade all over the chicken. Marinate, in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.<br \/>\n4. Take a steamer pan, and filled with water and all the spices (under the steaming tab) to a boil. place the marinated chicken in the steamer, cover and cook for about 25 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the heat.<br \/>\n5. fill a pan with the oil.<br \/>\n6. Fry the and chicken for 5 to 7 minutes or until nice and crispy.<br \/>\n7.
