Mix ingredients for cookies together<br \/>\n2. Place them into the fridge for 15 mins (optional &#8211; but this will make things easier)<br \/>\n3. Separate into 2 doughs<br \/>\n4. Use ur hands or use plastic wrap to shape them into 2 equal-size cookies<br \/>\n5. Preheat oven at 200\/ 190 (fan-forced) for 10 mins<br \/>\n6. Bake for 12-15 mins (I\u2019ve baked mine for 15 mins and it\u2019s pretty hard &#8211; so if u want to have a softer cookie, bake for ard 12 mins)<br \/>\n7. Mix fillings in a bowl<br \/>\n8. Let cool the 2 cookies for at least 15 mins<br \/>\n9. Add fillings and serve<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>1. Find black cocoa powder from bakery stores. Black cocoa powder has the taste of Oreo while normal cacao powder just doesn\u2019t! However, if u really cannot or are just too lazy to find one, use normal unsweetened cacao powder<br \/>\n2. For me, the cookies is all good but I guess for most people, it may not be sweet enough so add sugar\/ flavour drops if needed<br \/>\n3. If u want it too be more moisture, add coconut oil\/ butter\/ even peanut butter &#8211; just some extra fats &#8211; but adjust the amount of liquid<br \/>\n4.
