Cut and tear those breads<br \/>\n2. Place parchment paper on baking tray and layer 1\/2 bread cubes<br \/>\n3. Add banana slices in the middle then add remaining bread cubes (I\u2019ve like to remain the skin of bread on top to make it crispier)<br \/>\n4. In a bowl, mix egg white, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla and salt<br \/>\n5. Pour over bread cubes and cover with chocolate chips and cacao nibs<br \/>\n6. Preheat oven to 200 while soaking the breads for 10 mins<br \/>\n7. Bake for 18-20 mins<br \/>\n8.
