Drain, and set aside.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, prepare the stuffing<\/p>\n<h2>For The Stuffing<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups of short grain rice washed few times and soaked for 30-40 min<br \/>\n250 grams of 80\/20 ground meat<br \/>\n2 tbsp of cooking oil or ghee (optional)<br \/>\n1 tbsps of all spice<br \/>\n1 tbsp cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/2 tbsp of turmeric<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\n(The same stuffing can be used for the zucchini if you are choosing to add it)<br \/>\nStuff your grape leaves, and set them aside-<\/p>\n<h2>To Prepare Your Pan Your Will Need<\/h2>\n<p>Two large tomatoes slides thinly<br \/>\n2 lbs of lamb chops- lamb thigh or shoulder works as well<br \/>\nYour rolled grape leaves<br \/>\nCored and and stuffed Zucchini (optional)<br \/>\nEnough water to slightly cover the stuffed grape leaves, meat and zucchini<br \/>\nJuice of two large lemons or more of you like it sour<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Start by seasoning the lamb chops with the same spices used for the stuffing.<br \/>\nLayer the tomato in the bottom on the pan (those tomatoes are to die for?<br \/>\nAdd the meat, grape leaves, zucchini, then grape leaves again.<br \/>\nPlace a heavy clay plate on top so that everything stays in place. Add hot water and salt to taste to the pot, just enough to slightly cover everything<br \/>\nCover and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to the lowest setting. Allow it to cook for an hour and a half. Uncover the pot, take away some of the sauce, then add the lemon juice.
