{"id":14000,"date":"2022-10-15T09:26:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-15T01:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=14000"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:55","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:55","slug":"lamb-grillers-veg-tray-bake-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lamb-grillers-veg-tray-bake-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Lamb Grillers &#038; Veg Tray Bake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Lamb Grillers &amp; Veg Tray Bake Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2kg lamb grillers\/forequarters, fat trimmed<br \/>\n3 large potatoes, cut into discs<br \/>\n250g mushrooms cut in half<br \/>\n2 cups frozen peas &amp; corn<br \/>\n2 large tomatoes, cut into discs or cherry truss tomatoes<br \/>\nwhole head of garlic (optional)<br \/>\napprox 5 teaspoons ghee<br \/>\ndrizzle of olive oil<br \/>\nsalt, ground black &amp; white pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Pre heat oven 2200c.<br \/>\nSeason your lamb with salt and the peppers (I&#8217;m generous with the pepper in this dish)<br \/>\nPlace lamb in your pan\/tray and add a foil lid, bake for 20mins.<br \/>\nAdd salt and olive oil to your potatoes and air fry them for 15-20mins they DONT need to be cooked all the way just a half fry (you could also deep fry) set aside.<br \/>\nOnce the 20mins is up on the lamb remove from the oven and drain all the liquid fat from the pan. (See pic 3)<br \/>\nNow it&#8217;s time to layer, first add the potatoes, head of garlic top cut, mushrooms, peas &amp; corn make sure to season peas &amp; corn with S&amp;P first, add tomatoes, drizzle of olive oil and the ghee.<br \/>\nCover with foil and bake for 30mins at 2200c.
