{"id":13994,"date":"2022-10-15T08:26:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-15T00:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13994"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:55","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:55","slug":"spinach-stew-served-with-some-rice-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spinach-stew-served-with-some-rice-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Spinach Stew Served With Some Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Spinach Stew Served With Some Rice Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>5 bunches English spinach<br \/>\n1\u20442kg mince meat<br \/>\n1 bunch coriander, chopped<br \/>\n5 cloves garlic, chopped<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup pinenuts<br \/>\n1 tablespoon ghee<br \/>\n1\u20442-1 lemon, juiced<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon mixed spice (baharat)- Optional<br \/>\nSalt &amp; pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Wash Spinach really well to remove dirt and sand then roughly chop removing the roots.<br \/>\nIn a large pot boil water and Blanch the Spinach in batches for less than a minute and strain to remove excess water. Set aside.<br \/>\nIn a large pan brown your mince till brown and water evaporates then add coriander and garlic and cook for a minute or till fragrant.<br \/>\nEither in the same pot or separate pan heat up the ghee and toasted the pine nuts till golden, add to mince mixture.<br \/>\nAdd Spinach, seasoning to taste.
