{"id":13990,"date":"2022-10-15T07:46:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-14T23:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13990"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:40:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:40:58","slug":"falafel-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/falafel-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Falafel"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Falafel Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1kg dried chickpeas, soak in alot of water overnight then drain and rinse<br \/>\n1 bunch coriander<br \/>\n1 bunch parsley<br \/>\n3 onions<br \/>\n8 cloves garlic<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nBlack and white pepper<br \/>\nCumin<br \/>\nBaharat (Lebanese mixed spice)<br \/>\nGround coriander<br \/>\nBicarb Soda<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a food processor blitz the chickpeas in batches as shown in video and place in a large bowl.<br \/>\nBlitz the Coriander, parsley, onion and garlic to form a paste and combine the paste with the chickpeas in the large bowl and mix to combine.<br \/>\nAs this is a large quantity I usually freeze approx half the amount (check out story highlights for how to vid)<br \/>\nWith the remainder I added the spices, I did eyeball it but from memory it was approx 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tspn baharat, 1\u20442 teaspoon ground coriander, 3\u20444 teaspoon bicarb soda, dash of black and white pepper and salt .
