Mix until fluffy.<br \/>\n3: add in the egg and the vanilla extract, then mix for a couple seconds.<br \/>\n4: add the oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix for a couple seconds until combined, but don\u2019t over mix.<br \/>\n5: Fold in raisins, the dough should be little bit sticky, but not too sticky. Place in the fridge for half an hour.<br \/>\n6:After half an hour, take out the dough and shape into 14 balls on a baking tray.
