Wash and dry the head of cauliflower and remove the leaves<br \/>\n2. Mix the spices and butter together<br \/>\n3. Lather the spicy butter all over the cauliflower<br \/>\n4. Cover it with aluminium foil and bake in the oven at 180C for 1 hour and 20 minutes<br \/>\n5.
