Remove the bread\u2019s crust and cut into triangles<br \/>\n2. Add the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and ground cardamom to a pan and bring it to a boil<br \/>\n3. While it\u2019s coming to a boil, add ghee to a frypan and fry the bread pieces until golden brown on both sides<br \/>\n4. Arrange the fried bread on a plate<br \/>\n5. Pour the milky goodness over the bread<br \/>\n6. Top with sliced pistachios<br \/>\n7.
