{"id":13816,"date":"2022-10-11T10:09:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-11T02:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13816"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:41:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:41:28","slug":"spicy-prawn-laksa-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spicy-prawn-laksa-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Spicy Prawn Laksa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Spicy Prawn Laksa Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Laksa Paste Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n3 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n2 tbsp of ginger paste<br \/>\n5 dried red chillies<br \/>\n2 tbsp of peanut oil<br \/>\n3 tbsp of water<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\n1 tsp of ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of turmeric<br \/>\n1 tsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n1 small red onion<br \/>\n1 lemongrass stalk, chopped<br \/>\n<strong>Other Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n2 tbsp of peanut oil<br \/>\n2 kaffir lime leaves<br \/>\n200g of prawns<br \/>\n400mL of coconut cream<br \/>\n2.5 cups of water<br \/>\n1.5 cups of frozen green beans<br \/>\n100g of cooked rice noodles<br \/>\n2 tbsp of sugar<br \/>\nsalt to taste<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of fresh coriander<br \/>\n2 red chillies<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Blend all the ingredients to create the laksa paste<br \/>\n2. Add some peanut oil to a saucepan fry the laksa paste until aromatic<br \/>\n3. Add the kaffir line leaves and prawns<br \/>\n4. Add water, beans and coconut cream before simmering until it comes to a boil<br \/>\n5. Once it comes to a boil, season with sugar and salt<br \/>\n6. Add the cooked rice noodles<br \/>\n7. Top with fresh coriander and chillies<br \/>\n8.
