{"id":13752,"date":"2022-10-08T10:28:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-08T02:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13752"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:41:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:41:40","slug":"manels-pink-sauce-gnocchi-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/manels-pink-sauce-gnocchi-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Manels Pink Sauce Gnocchi"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Gnocchi Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 .2 kilos white washed potatoes<br \/>\n4 eggs<br \/>\n6 cups white flour (keep the 6thcup for kneading , rolling )<br \/>\n2 tbs salt<br \/>\n(If the mixture is too sticky you will need more flour so keep flour near by )<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Peel , chop potatoes and boil until aldente(cooked but not too soft ) boil a max of 12 mins &#8230;<br \/>\nMash potatoes (I use a potato ricer ) and wait until they have cooled down a little and add the 4 cups of flour , form a well and in the middle add the 4 eggs and salt .<br \/>\nUsing a sifter for the flour will prevent lumps from forming.<br \/>\nUsing a fork mix ingredients together slowly until all the ingredients form a dough like shape .<br \/>\nIf it\u2019s too wet add a little flour as u go.<br \/>\nUsing the extra cup of flour as your aid make a round ball , using sharp knife cut into 4 quarters , then cut the quarters into half again , rolll out tube like form with the dough and then cut into small bit size peices .<br \/>\nUse as much flour as u need to make it easy to work with .<br \/>\nFreeze the gnocchi on a tray with baking paper until your ready to cook . This will help them keep shape.<br \/>\nBoil water in a pot and wait till it comes to a boil and add some salt to the water .<br \/>\nDrop in the gnocchi in boiling water and when it rises it\u2019s ready , scoop out into the sauce with a strainer and simmer for few mins.<br \/>\nDO NOT OVERCOOK they will go rubbery<br \/>\nTaste for salt to your own taste .<\/p>\n<h2>Manels Pink Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>600 ml Thickened Woolies Cream<br \/>\nX 2 bottles Don Antonio Napoletana Sauce or any Don Antonio<br \/>\n2 tsp Butter<br \/>\n1 Cup Parmesan Cheese<br \/>\n2 tsp Chicken Vegeta stock<br \/>\n4 Garlic Cloves<br \/>\n2 tsp dried Oregano<br \/>\n1 Red Capsicum<br \/>\n12 White Cup Mushrooms<br \/>\nSalt and Pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat olive oil and butter in large pot over medium heat. Add Capsicum and Garlic, cook for 5 minute. Add Mushroom and cook until<br \/>\nGolden. Add Sauce bottles to pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
