{"id":13750,"date":"2022-10-08T10:08:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-08T02:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13750"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:41:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:41:40","slug":"stir-fry-pasta-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stir-fry-pasta-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Stir Fry Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Stir Fry Pasta Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>200 gr lasagna sheets<br \/>\nA handful mustard greens,(any greens you prefer)<br \/>\n200 gr minced beef<br \/>\n100 gr bean sprouts<br \/>\n4 Garlic, minced<br \/>\n7 small shallots, minced<br \/>\n4 Eggs<br \/>\n6 tbsp neutral oil<\/p>\n<h2>Seasoning Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp Chili oil<br \/>\n3 tbsp Soy sauce<br \/>\n3 tbsp sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp Pepper powder<br \/>\n1 tsp stock powder<br \/>\nSalt and sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Cook lasagna sheets in boiling water until soft or according to package. Strain<br \/>\n2. Cut into three parts then drizzle some oil to prevent from sticking<br \/>\n3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, make scrambled eggs. Remove<br \/>\n4. Heat remaining oil, over high heat stir fry garlic and shallots until fragrant<br \/>\n5. Brown the beef<br \/>\n6. Wilt mustard greens<br \/>\n7. Add lasagna along with the seasoning sauce (except chili oil), toss well<br \/>\n8. Add scrambled egg and bean sprouts and toss for another min<br \/>\n9. Lastly add chili oil.
