Freeze fish fillet for 20 minutes. This will make it easier to slice thin<br \/>\n2. Slice the fish very thin with a very sharp knife<br \/>\n3. Lay fish slices on serving platter<br \/>\n4. Salt the fish with a generous amount of salt &amp; grind fresh pepper over the fish.<br \/>\n5. Squeeze lemon juice over fish &amp; drizzle olive oil evenly over fish<br \/>\n6.
