{"id":13709,"date":"2022-10-07T08:53:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-07T00:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13709"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:41:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:41:48","slug":"cafe-milano-pasta-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cafe-milano-pasta-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Cafe Milano Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cafe Milano Pasta Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For the sauce I used :<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 kilo premium beef mince @hosnabutchery<br \/>\n1 diced brown onion<br \/>\n2 criushed garlic cloves<br \/>\nSalt \/pepper and dry oregano 1 tsp of each<br \/>\n2 jars of pasta sauce @leggosau<br \/>\n1 cup Fresh basil ?<\/p>\n<h2>Meat Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>Cook off the onion n garlic add the mince and cook off then add spices and oregano, add pasta sauce jars and 1\/4 cup water , bring to a boil and then simmer on a low heat for 1 hour covered .<br \/>\nAdd fresh basil in at the end .<\/p>\n<h2>For The Bechamel I Used<\/h2>\n<p>3\/4 cup salted butter (room temperature)<br \/>\n3\/4 cup plain flour<br \/>\n700 mls full cream milk<br \/>\nPinch of nutmeg<br \/>\n1tsp @vegeta_australia stock<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Combine flour and butter in a pot and whisk together until all melted , don\u2019t stop whisking so the sauce doesn\u2019t get lumps slowly incorporate the milk bit by bit and whisk until it\u2019s the consistency you like . Add the nutmeg and vegeta together and whisk in .<br \/>\nIf you want it more runny add more milk<br \/>\nAdd some mozzarella cheese if you like too .<br \/>\nEnsure you top off the pasta when bechamel sauce is hot before it thickens up so have all ingredients and pasta cooked and ready to go before hand .
