Add the butter to a pan and let it melt<br \/>\n2. Once the butter has melted, add the sliced garlic and chilli flakes<br \/>\n3. Add 300 mL of thickened cream, pasta water and salt before simmering on low heat for 5 minutes<br \/>\n4. Once the sauce starts boiling, add the mozzarella and another 300mL of thickened cream<br \/>\n5. Add the cooked pasta and stir to ensure sauce covers pasta evenly<br \/>\n6. Garnish with more chilli flakes if you wish<br \/>\n7.
