(If too wet add more flour, if too dry add more yogurt) all brands of flour and yogurt are different so keep an eye on the consistency.<br \/>\nPlace in an oiled bowl and set aside covered.<\/p>\n<h2>Filling<\/h2>\n<p>4-5 large ripe tomatoes<br \/>\n2 large onions<br \/>\n1\u20442kg mince beef<br \/>\nSalt &amp; pepper to taste<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon mixed spice<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Finely chop the tomatoes and place in a sieve to strain the liquid.<br \/>\nFinley chop your onions I recommend a food chopper.<br \/>\nCombine the filling ingredients and taste test the filling to make sure its seasoned well.<br \/>\nRoll out your dough and cut to your preferred shape and add filling.
