Set the heat to a low and place the lid on. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br \/>\nAdd carrots, frozen peas &amp; corn, boiled potato, curry powder &amp; season to taste. If you like it spicy you can add more curry powder or chilli.<br \/>\nPlace the lid on and cook for a further 10mims.<br \/>\nRemove the spring roll sheets from the freezer and allow to thaw on the bench.<br \/>\nWhen you open the pastry keep a damp towel over them to avoid drying out.<br \/>\nPlace some filling on the pastry and roll as shown in the video and seal the edge with some milk.<br \/>\nPlace in a container or tray and freeze or use straight away.<br \/>\nEnjoy<br \/>\n<em>Note :<\/em> You can find these spring roll sheets from an Asian grocer in the freezer aisle. These are the only ones I use.
