Refrigerate a few hours.<br \/>\nIn a pan heat oil and butter and cook Salmon on both sides till cooked to your liking. Don&#8217;t over cook or it will dry out.<br \/>\nServe immediately with rice or any side you like with Salmon or even a side dish of soy sauce and wasabi and dip in with some pickled ginger ?
