{"id":13639,"date":"2022-10-05T10:30:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-05T02:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13639"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:42:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:42:00","slug":"creme-brulee-baiti_ana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creme-brulee-baiti_ana","title":{"rendered":"Creme Brulee"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Creme Brulee Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups whipping cream or heavy cream<br \/>\n5 egg yolks<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sugar<br \/>\n1 tbsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n1\/4 cup sugar for topping<\/p>\n<h2>Direction<\/h2>\n<p>1: preheat oven to 325 f<br \/>\n2: in a pot add 2 cips of whipping cream and heat till warm at medium heat.<br \/>\n3: in a mixer add eggs, sugar and vanilla then mix till gets fluffy.<br \/>\n4: when the whipping cream is warm take off the stove and add slowly to the eggs and mix, stir don&#8217;t mix too much or they will make lots of bubbles.<br \/>\n5: use the strainer to strain the liquid.
