In some oil, add the prawns, garlic, ginger, capsicum and carrots<br \/>\n2. Add soy sauce and maple syrup and stir well<br \/>\n3. Simmer on low for a couple of minutes to allow the prawns to cook through<br \/>\n4. Add some whisked eggs and scramble<br \/>\n5. When the eggs are cooked, add the rice snd stir on high heat to combine everything<br \/>\n6. Serve with a fried egg and fresh cucumber<br \/>\n7.
