Mix well then make a well in the centre &amp; add the butter milk.<br \/>\nKnead &amp; add more milk if needed to make a smooth non sticky dough. Rest 1-2 hours.<br \/>\nUsing a mould make golf sized balls, grease your mould &amp; flatten the dough into the mould.
