To the mince\/ diced meat, add the garlic ginger paste, chilli powder, turmeric, tamarind paste, vinegar, ground cumin, black pepper and salt<br \/>\n2. Mix well<br \/>\n3. Lightly fry the meat\/mince until charred and cooked through<br \/>\n4.
