Using a sifter for the flour will prevent lumps from forming .<br \/>\nUsing a fork mix ingredients together slowly until all the ingredients form a dough like shape .<br \/>\nIf it\u2019s too wet add a little flour as u go.<br \/>\nUsing the extra cup of flour as your aid make a round ball , using sharp knife cut into 4 quarters , then cut the quarters into half again , rolll out tube like form with the dough and then cut into small bit size peices .<br \/>\nUse as much flour as u need to make it easy to work with .<br \/>\nFreeze the gnocchi on a tray with baking paper until your ready to cook .
