{"id":13553,"date":"2022-10-02T12:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-02T04:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13553"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:42:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:42:18","slug":"shakriyeh-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/shakriyeh-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Shakriyeh"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Shakriyeh Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 kilos lamb shanks on bone @hosnabutchery<br \/>\n2-3 litres of water (enough to fill the pot )<br \/>\n5 brown onions (peeled and quartered)<br \/>\n1 @mimosspicebags<br \/>\n2 litre jalna yoghurt @jalna_yoghurt<br \/>\n4 tbs corn flour (diluted with about 100mls water )<br \/>\nButter<br \/>\nOil<br \/>\n6 freshly crushed garlic<br \/>\n3 tbs dry mint<br \/>\n1 tbs salt<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Firstly fry off the lamb shanks in some oil until they have colour and place into a new pot with the spice bag and onions and water , cook them about 3-4 hours on a low simmer and covered 3\/4 of the way .<br \/>\nOnce they are done remove the shanks , cool and shred and then strain the stock separating the onion from the stock .<br \/>\nUsing a sifter use a tool to squash the onions vigorously into the stock .
