Place your pasta in hot water, follow instructions on the packet<br \/>\n2. In a non-stick pan melt your butter and oil adding in your pepper and salt. Mix until fragrant.<br \/>\n3. Once pasta is Al dente, reserve some pasta water. Mix in your pasta, slowly combining the pasta water as and when you need it.<br \/>\n4.
